This is our Chemical Dipping Process.
After your car is disassembled, all sheet metal and metal parts are chemically cleaned of paint, grease, and dirt. Next, they are chemically cleaned of rust and phosphate-coated. The process throughly cleans the metal in all areas including seams and pockets, and does not work-harden or distort the metal as sandblasting does. All parts are then prepped and coated with a self-etching primer. All seams and joints are then sealed with a seam sealer.
